Community & Coaching with Moms Who Get It
You're not in crisis, but you're not exactly thriving either.
You still scan for triggers before every outing. Still pre-negotiate every request. Still carry the entire mental load while everyone assumes you've got it handled.
You've read the books, learned the strategies, maybe even worked with a coach. But without consistent support, you slip back into old patterns. The invisible work never stops, and you're tired of doing it alone.
You don't need crisis intervention. You need ongoing support, real community, and a system that keeps you steady for the long haul.
That's what The Solid Circle gives you.
Inside, you will move through the SOLID framework in order:
S — Self-Led. Clarify your core values first — what actually matters in your home — so decisions about school, therapy, and family pressure come from principle instead of emotion.
O — Observant. Separate circumstances from thoughts, identify cognitive distortions like “It all falls on me,” and clean up the thinking patterns that drive urgency and overfunctioning.
L — Level-Headed. Map your nervous system, recognize your early signs of escalation, and regulate yourself so you can stay steady when your child is dysregulated.
I — Intentional. Act according to priorities, not pressure. Address people-pleasing, set clear boundaries, and follow through even when there’s pleading, guilt, or pushback.
D — Deeply Resourced. Manage your Time, Energy, and Attention (TEA), plug the biggest drains, define non-negotiables, and protect your capacity for the long haul.
Show up with your challenges and get direct, personalized coaching from Lisa—plus gain perspective from other moms navigating similar struggles in a space where you're understood, not judged.
Your challenges don't wait for Wednesdays—and neither should your support. Submit your questions in the group portal anytime for direct guidance from Lisa between calls.
From meltdowns to advocacy to IEP prep, boundaries, guilt, and more, find answers to your specific challenges without reinventing the wheel every time.
Practical, mom-first strategies (including the SOLID System) available right in the platform to help keep you regulated, grounded, and leading from strength.
Regular sessions with specialists on the topics you actually care about—legal rights, financial planning, sibling dynamics, self-care that's not BS, and more.
Connect with autism parents who get it, get encouragement and accountability between calls, and ask questions in a space without toxic venting or performative positivity.
In a short time, I’ve gone from overwhelmed and unsure to steady, clear, and capable. My capacity expands in ways I feel every day. I approach hard moments with a clearer mind and lead my son’s care with confidence.”
As a single mother with a full-time career and an immigrant who lives far from family, I used to say, “I can’t handle this,” especially when my non-verbal autistic teenage son’s meltdowns and PANS-driven behaviors pushed me past my edge. Coaching with Lisa and the ongoing support inside the Solid Circle changed that quickly.
It shifted how I understand behavior, how I respond in the moment, and how I advocate for my son’s care. Hearing other ASD moms share their real challenges, from school calls to 911 calls and everything in between, gives me perspective, ideas, and the sense that I’m carrying this with people who truly understand.
Feeling like a whole person again—pursuing your own interests and goals without guilt or apology
Identity buried under years of being "autism mom" and nothing else
Regulated and steady with real-time tools and plans that works under pressure
Spiraling when your child escalates or the school calls (again)
Supported by a community of other autism parents who get it—no explaining, defending, or performing required
Carrying the invisible load alone while everyone assumes you've got it handled
Strategic and future-focused, building toward career goals and long-term family plans with confidence
Paralyzed by autism's unpredictability, unable to plan beyond next week
Leading with calm authority, making decisions from values and self-trust instead of fear
Over-functioning as the family's emotional manager, reacting instead of leading

I was surprised by how quickly I didn't feel like a newbie, because all of the moms are warm, genuine, and funny. I am buoyed throughout my week knowing that I'm not the only mom in the thick of this.

And a lot have older kids, so continuing to hear about other people's perspectives and how they proceed with challenges makes me feel more prepared. Overall, I just feel more of a sense of ‘I'm going to know what to do in situations.

I have amazing friends, but they aren’t living the life I’m living. So to be able to have those connections with real people has just been really helpful.

Absolutely. Many moms listen quietly, take notes, and apply what they hear to their own lives. The lessons translate—because the themes are universal. The work we do applies whether you’re the one being coached or the one listening in.
The Solid Circle renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your support stays uninterrupted. This applies to both the monthly and annual plans. If you want your membership to wrap up at the end of a cycle, submit your cancellation before your next billing date.
Nope! Once you join, your rate stays the same as long as your membership remains active.
No. This isn’t a space to vent and stay stuck—it’s a space to process, learn, and move forward. The tone of every call is compassionate, honest, and action-focused. You’ll be seen and understood, but you’ll also be coached toward what’s next—what you can do, think, or try differently. You’ll leave each call feeling clearer, lighter, and more capable than when you joined.
It depends on the kind of support you need right now.
→ 1:1 Coaching is best if you need personalized guidance and focused attention on your family’s specific challenges. It’s a high-touch, tailored experience with direct feedback and accountability.
→ The Solid Circle is best if you want steady coaching, ongoing accountability, and a supportive group of autism moms who get it. It’s about applying the tools in daily life and having a circle to help you stay grounded while you do.
Both are built on the same SOLID System—so whether you need personalized coaching or ongoing community, you’ll have the tools and support to move out of survival mode and into confident leadership.
Yes—confidentiality is a core part of The Solid Circle. Everything shared in the group stays in the group. We operate on the honor system: every member agrees to respect each other’s privacy and not repeat personal details shared during calls or in the community. This isn’t a legal contract—it’s a commitment to trust. What makes The Solid Circle work is knowing you can speak honestly without fear of judgment or exposure.
The Solid Circle helps you feel like you’re not alone and like there’s people cheering for you and your kid, which is super important.”
